Shipping within Austria

Deliveries within Austria are made by post and against prepayment. The sender refers to the long-standing owner of Liebenswert® – feminine lifestyle & Condomi plus Herz Liebensmittel® of all kinds and is specified as Ingrid Mack, Esterhazygasse 26, 1060 Vienna.

The delivery will be sent as a registered letter or a parcel. For deliveries within Austria, a flat shipping rate of €6.00 will be charged in addition to the value of the goods.

Shipping to Germany

Deliveries to Germany are also made by Österreichische Post AG in neutral packaging and with the sender mentioned above.

For deliveries to Germany, the flat shipping rate is €11.00. This amount will be added to the value of the goods.

Deliveries to Germany are only made against prepayment to our company account. You can find more information about this in the "Other payment methods" section.

Delivery Address and Deliverability

The correct provision of the delivery address is the responsibility of the customer. In case of non-delivery, Liebenswert® – feminine lifestyle & Condomi plus Herz Liebensmittel® of all kinds reserves the right to claim compensation for any resulting damage.

Partial deliveries are permissible. Liebenswert® – feminine lifestyle & Condomi plus Herz Liebensmittel® of all kinds also reserves the right to deliver larger quantities in smaller packaging units. In this case, the flat shipping rate will only be charged once.

Delivery Times

Delivery dates or performance dates are non-binding unless otherwise specified in a written order confirmation.

Liebenswert® – feminine lifestyle & Condomi plus Herz Liebensmittel® of all kinds strives to deliver the ordered goods to the customer within 3 working days after receipt of payment.

If a written delivery date has been specified in an order confirmation, the delivery period begins with dispatch.

Delays and Force Majeure
