All important information about shipping, delivery times and advance payment.

Shipping within Austria

Deliveries within Austria are made by mail and against advance payment.

The delivery will be sent as a registered letter or as a parcel. For deliveries within Austria, a flat shipping fee of € 6.00 will be charged in addition to the value of the goods.

Delivery address and deliverability

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. In the event of non-deliverability, Liebenswert® – feminine Lebensart reserves the right to claim compensation for any damage incurred.

Partial deliveries are permitted. Liebenswert® – feminine Lebensart also reserves the right to deliver larger quantities in smaller packaging units. In this case, the flat shipping fee will only be charged once.

Delivery times

Delivery dates or performance dates are non-binding unless otherwise specified in a written order confirmation.

Liebenswert® – feminine Lebensart endeavors to deliver the ordered goods to the customer within 3 working days after receipt of payment.

If a written delivery date has been specified in an order confirmation, the delivery period begins with the dispatch.

Delays and force majeure

In the event of delivery difficulties due to force majeure, unavailability on the part of the manufacturers, official measures or operational disruptions, the delivery period shall be extended by the duration of the respective hindrance.
