The NOVA Exercise Balls Set by Svakom is a well-designed training system for targeted strengthening and toning of the pelvic floor. With three progressive weight levels, the set allows for individual training that adapts to your fitness level.
Benefits of Pelvic Floor Training
A trained pelvic floor offers numerous benefits: improved circulation, more intense perception, increased sexual sensitivity, and greater confidence in everyday life. The set is ideal for prevention and support after childbirth, helps maintain elasticity, and acts preventively against incontinence.
How it Works
Each ball contains a movable metal sphere inside. During everyday movements like walking, climbing stairs, or dancing, these are activated and create gentle contractions that optimally train the PC muscle. Holding the balls requires additional muscle contractions, thus enhancing the training effect.
Training Plan – 3 Phases
Phase 1 (49 g): Start with the light solo ball. Wear it for 30 minutes daily for 30 days during normal activities at home.
Phase 2 (75 g): Once you can securely hold the first ball, switch to the medium-weight double ball. Repeat the 30-minute program for 30 days.
Phase 3 (95 g): Finally, train with the heavy ball using the same scheme.
After completing the phases, you can vary and wear the balls for longer – but a maximum of 3 hours at a time.

Important Notes
Do not use the balls while sitting or inactive – training requires movement. Do not use during menstruation or in the last weeks of pregnancy. Clean the balls after each use with warm water and mild, unscented soap. Optionally, you can use a toy cleaner for disinfection.
